The app allows users to set up their membership and build their profile. It provides access to a library of over 500 Supernatural Boxing and Supernatural Flow workouts, as well as meditations and stretch sessions. Users can preview workout playlists with Spotify integration and add workouts to their queue. They can also set weekly goals, track their workout history and metrics, and share workout posts with friends through various social media platforms.
The Supernatural - Companion App also offers the option to add 3 profiles to a membership for free, allowing roommates and family members to join in on the fitness journey. Users can connect their Meta Quest VR headset to the app for an immersive workout experience.
